Teníamos reserva de ida y vuelta del aeropuerto al hotel y por culpa del COVID no pudimos hacer el viaje. Nos dijeron por e-mail que nos abonarían la mitad del precio de ida y la vuelta por completo en un plazo de 10-15 días. Casi dos meses después ya no contestan los mensajes y, por supuesto, no han devuelto nada... Incluso uno de sus conductores, que sí contesta, me dice que son muy malos con el servicio.

Son estafadortes y sinverguenzas

Este servicio es una porquería, eramos un grupo de 7 personas llegando a New York, nunca apareció el transfer, millones de excusas que ya va... etc, al final tuvimos que contratar otro servicio. Hasta ahora no me devuelven el dinero y hoy me dicen que quedará en mi cuenta y que lo puedo usar cuando quiera. Como si lo fuera a usar otra vez. Son unos sinverguenzas.

These are fraudsters . I have ordered a taxi at Budapest airport for 4 people. Paid by paypal in advance, got a confirmation voucher. BUT nobody turned up! we were 4 people left at the airport stuck for hours till we found emergency transport. \n\nGetransfer would not return the money i paid either. It has been 1 months and all get is a response that my case is with a \u0022Quality Assurance department\u0022 \n\nI have reported this company for fraud to paypal. \n\nUpdate: paypal contacted Gettransfer.com and they refused to honour a refund. Instead they offered useless vouchers to use their service in 1 year time. I did not want these \u0022vouchers\u0022 as you cannot trust them. \n\nThen Paypal decided to reverse my payment and i have received refund. Thank you Paypal !

Pessimi,società inesistente.\nHo svolto dei servizi come vettore nel Veneto e sono regolarmente abilitato (con licenza) e MAI pagato per i viaggi da me effettuati per loro conto.\nPremetto che i clienti pre pagano il servizio a Get Transfer dunque parliamo di soldi da loro gia incassati in anticipo e inoltre a noi vettori trattengono gia il 20/25 % rispetto al prezzo pattuito con il cliente.\nLe auto non sono di loro propietà,sono solamente dei miseri intermediari che sfruttano gli onesti lavoratori del settore.\nVi consiglio di affidarvi a Vettori locali!!!!!!!!!ce ne sono di affidabili e professionisti nel settore.

Stay clear of this company, that is my best advise. They do not pay companies that do assignments for them, and claim that they have changed their policy. During the Covid-19 situation they suddenly decided to increase their commision to thirty percent (!), and then providers reacting to this experience that they are not getting paid for transfers that they have carried out for GetTransfer. Other suppliers You find online, like Booking.com for instance are working together with their suppliers to survive the situation, decreasing their commision, and providers are decreasing rates, all this to be able to provide first class services to the customers when this situation is ending. GetTransfer are using Covid-19 to put their suppliers in a squeeze, either accept a thirty percent commision, or not get paid for transfers carried out months ago. I cannot see GetTransfer existing after this, they do not pay refunds to customers who have paid for transport, they do not pay their suppliers for transfers made months ago unless they agree to an insanely high commision rate. As stated, do not use this company, there are many other suppliers to choose from :-)

I travelled to Turkey from the UK and I booked a van from Turkey IST to Sultanahmet plus return, for March 13, 2020, \u0026 March 16, 2020. The service was fine, but I had a really bad experience with the driver and the team working with him. \nOn the day of return, I accidentally dropped my phone in the van while putting it in my pocket and got off at the airport. Immediately, I realized my phone was missing and I tried to stop the driver but, unfortunately, he left. \nWe tried to contact through the number provided to us in the booking confirmation email, but we were transferred to 3 different numbers to contact, in order to reach the driver. And the person who actually arranged the driver (NEBI BARAN) gave us the number of the driver while informing us that the driver only spoke Turkish and did not know English. Firstly, we had specifically requested an English speaking driver but we were not given one. Secondly, we kept on telling that the phone is definitely in the van as I had been looking at the map to the airport and I realized it was missing right after getting off the van. It was a hassle to contact the driver in the first place and we were informed again and again that the phone was not in the van. We kept requesting them to bring the van to the airport so we can have a look at it, but nobody helped us. It felt really helpless. We were spoken rudely by the team members not to contact again and again when they had already told us that the phone is not there. Finally, we decided to check-in at the airport after waiting for almost 2 hours at the entrance lobby of the airport.\nAfter a couple of days, we were contacted by Mr Nebi Baran, that our mobile was found in the van and we can collect it from his office. Unfortunately this guy, Mr Nebi Baran did not understand the fact that we were dropped at the airport and we had left Turkey. We did not have a visa to return. He refused to post the phone even when we requested to pay for the postage charges ourselves. Finally, I got in contact with a friend who got stuck in Turkey due to the crisis of corona pandemic. We requested Mr Nebi Baran to drop the phone to my friend\u0027s hotel who was just 9 minutes’ drive from his office, but he refused and threatened us that if my friend does not collect the phone by the next day, he will drop the phone at the police station as a lost phone. \nSadly, I did not expect such behaviour from a team working to provide services to the travellers. My phone was collected by my friend and was delivered to me when he was able to reach back to his home from Turkey.\nI understand it was completely my fault that I lost the phone, but unfortunately, the team providing us with the transport was least helpful in a stressful time for me. I was not provided with an English speaking driver, which is one of the drawback people should consider while booking their transport service. I was not even dealt nicely with after the phone had been found, and no effort at all was made to transfer the phone to me by the service providers, I had to make all the efforts in a place I visited for the first time in my life.\nOn providing this feedback to the GetTransfer team, all they did was apologise to me for the actions of the driver/team in Turkey and informed that they are just a team ensuring safe transfer of money between the two parties and there is no accountability of the actions of the driver/team in Turkey. All they could do was offer me a 10% discount voucher for my future travels. Sorry, but I am definitely not booking my trip through GetTransfer ever again due to zero accountability.

Booked 2 taxi transfers (before Corona virus pandemic) but had to cancel later. I got a response from their support that my refund is going to be processed in 7 and then 28 days. Really? It’s unthinkable that it takes 28 to get a refund. However, 2 months later and I still don’t have it. Very disappointing service and won’t use them again.

Attention ! Fuyez ces fourbes.

Une fois votre argent engagé ( ma situation date du début mars à ce jour), jamais vous ne le récupérerez. Ils trouveront toujours un prétexte pour le retenir et vous escroquer. J\u0027aurais du être remboursé après avoir annulé la transaction en suivant scrupuleusement la procédure contractuelle. Gettransfer s\u0027est engagé par mail à ce que mes remboursements soient faits dans le mois au maximum... Après avoir attendu, en les relançant, je découvre que les conditions ont changé, la situation sanitaire donnant alibi à tous les dépassements, et que mes payements ne seront pas effectués comme stipulé et que mon argent est indûment retenu et devient un avoir auprès d\u0027eux ce qui un vol manifeste puisque violant les conditions contractuelles et les engagements écrits. Je tiens à votre disposition toutes les preuves et écrits de cette fourberie.\nFuyez et faites attention à votre argent.

Had used them before when things were fine no problem. I booked again multiple bookings in January under their 100% free cancellation and refund. Cancelled in March got it in writing they were issuing me a cash refund. Now they’ve issued a credit on their website. Refuse to give me a refund and state they have amended their policy. IF ANY LAWYER SEES THIS opt me in for a class action lawsuit
