We started as a co-operator with GetTranfer in february this year. Everything worked very well until beginning of april. In first place we had terms of agreement payment term 30 days. Now it has been more than 50 days without any payments. We also know that customers are paying transportation always in advance, so there is no excuses not to sent our shares as agreed. Don´t use this Company, thiefs.

Ich habe einen Hin- Rücktransfer von und nach Köln für den 06.05.2020 gebucht und bezahlt. Nachdem die Veranstaltungen abgesagt wurden, habe ich am 17.04.2020 die Transfers wieder abgesagt. Ich erhielt eine Email, dass sie mir den Transferpreis auf meinem Kundenkonto gutgeschrieben haben und mein Einverständis vorausgesetzt sogar noch 10% draufzahlen, wenn ich den Betrag nicht zurückfordere, da das Unternehmen ja schließelich von der Corana-Krise betroffen sei und ich damit einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten könne. Habe das abgelehnt, da ich in naher Zukunft keinen Transfer benötige und das Geld gerade selber benötige, da Kurzarbeit. Kam wieder eine Rückmeldung, dass sie die Auszahlung derzeit nicht vornehmen können, aber wenn die Pandemie vorbei sei, könne ich natürlich die Rückzahlung erhalten. Meine letzte Antwort war, dass ich keine Bank bin und ich Paypal einschalten werde, um mein Geld zu erhalten. ABSOLUT UNSERIÖS, LASST DIE FINGER VON DIESEM UNTERNEHMEN!!!

Absolutely appalling. Had to cancel due to our trip being cancelled because of Covid. They confirmed in writing that they would refund, now have changed their terms of business to allow them to decline to refund.\nWill NEVER use them again.\nI will issue a charge back thru my credit card.

Total fraudsters. DO NOT USE THEM EVER\nBooking made in January for April and phoned to check at the time I could cancel and was advised I could for full refund as long as I gave 24 hours notice.\nCancelled with a months notice and was twice advised in writing I would get full refund and now refusing to pay.\nHave made formal complaint to Paypal (who it was booked through requesting they close them down) and taxi regulators in France, Switzerland, US and Hong Kong (where they appear to be based).\nSTRAIGHT FRAUD - NEVER GO NEAR THEM.

After a cencelled transfer with no notice and 3 months of emails and calls, they credited my account with the amount but not refunded me. Now of course we cannot book any transfer nor is there any guarantee that any transfers will be fullfilled as the underlying carriers (the drivers) may not accept bookings with gettransfer given thier dismal treatment and possibility that they could go bankrupt.\nSo these people took my money and they are handing it back in as a credit that is not possible to use and even if it might become possible to use they may not pay the actual carrier for god know how long after. So they are funding thier business by screwing both customers and suppliers. \n\nAll in all, with all the pain and the screwed up service, they keep your money for months and with no certanty they will ever return it. They probably don\u0027t even have any money to make a refund so they are just giving you a promise of a service. \n\nIN ADDITION, THEY SELECTIVELY POST ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH IS DECEIPTFUL AND FRAUDULENT. \n\nI TRIED TO SUBMIT A REVIEW THAT WAS DAMNING BUT GUESS WHAT...NEVER GOT POSTED. LIKELY ALL THE REVIEWS ARE MADE UP, ALL ARE 5 STARS...

acquistato 2 corse con gettransfer per il giorno 24/03/2020 ( il 6 marzo 2013 e l\u00278 marzo 2013 data acquisto ) da aeroporto fiumicino a roma citta\u0027 e ritorno , a causa del dpcm del 10/03/2020 sul coronavirus , ho annullato le corse ( e\u0027 prevista la cancellazione nella loro politica di rimborso ) il giorno 11/03/2020 ho chiesto il rimborso spettante tramite la loro email . mi hanno assicurato che entro una settimana avrei avuto il rimborso , ma cio\u0027 non e\u0027 successo. la settimana seguente contatto ancora gettransfer e mi spiegano che a causa delle centinaia di cancellazioni il rimborso avverra\u0027 con assoluta certezza ma di essere paziente! attendo altri 10 giorni e non avendo ricevuto il rimborso ( non solo e\u0027 previsto nel loro regolamento ma in base al dpcm sul covid-19 ho la giustificazione piu\u0027 plausibile per riavere i miei soldi!, infatti ALITALIA IN 3 GG MI RIMBORSA I BIGLIETTI!) li ricontatto ma dicono sempre di essere paziente che il rimborso avverra\u0027! l\u0027 8 di aprile dopo quasi un mese dalla richiesta di rimborso decido di far intervenire PAYPAL in quanto e\u0027 stato il metodo di pagamento utilizzato e spiego loro l\u0027accaduto. PAYPAL contatta GETTRANSFER e entro il 28 di questo mese ci dovrebbe essere la chiusura della pratica ( sperando che PAYPAL riesca a farmi emmettere il mio \u0022 sacrosanto\u0022 rimborso!!) altrimenti mi dovro\u0027 rivolgere a qualche associazione di consumatori per far rispettare il mio diritto ! \n\nASSOLUTAMENTE NON SCEGLIETE QUESTA COMPAGNIA !! SERIETA\u0027, AFFIDABILITA\u0027 E PROFESSIONALITA\u0027 PROPRIO NON SONO IL LORO FORTE!! DA EVITARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Même situation pour nous!\nNous avons annulé AVANT le confinement et devions recevoir le remboursement à l’intérieur de 30 jours. Les règles ont changées et plus possible de se faire rembourser alors qu’eux ne se gênent pas pour prendre l’entièreté du paiement en 24 heures.\nN’UTILISEZ PAS CETTE PLATEFORME!
