Don\u0027t use - they alter their terms and conditions

DON\u0027T USE - made a booking with them last year for a transfer for my holiday this May. My holiday isn\u0027t now happening due to the Pandemic so I\u0027ve asked for a refund.\n\nThey said they won\u0027t give me a refund until the pandemic is over - who knows when that is! Just to really add to the under hand tactics they sent me a link to their general terms and conditions. They had clearly altered their terms and conditions to mention COVID19 as when I booked my transfer COVID didn\u0027t even exist!!! Will never use again, would never recommend so I suggest you steer clear.

Являюсь перевозчиком. Март месяц не оплатили, денег нет.На звонки и письма\nигнорят. Все выполненные трансферы за март оплачены клиентами 100 процентно,\nтрансферы мною завершены, средства мои затрачены, оплаты от GETTRANSFER нет.\nЭто мошенничество. Типа по выполнении тансферов в апреле, мы будем каждые три дня\nвыплачивать вам часть апрельского трансфера с половиной комиссии в счет оплаты долга\nза предыдущий период????? Это полный пи....дец!

Very disappointing

Booked a cab, however, due to coronavirus I had to cancel and I was informed from one of the customer service that I would have received a refund after 30 business days. After chasing them twice, I have been just told that the refund won’t be processed but been given a voucher of the same amount to be used. Very disappointing as been told differently. Please make sure all customer service employees are on the same page thanks

GetTransfer need to realise they won\u0027t have any customers left if they continue treating their customers so poorly!!

Due to Covid19 I had to cancel the transfer that I had pre-paid with Gettransfer, and asked for a refund of the £110. I chased the refund after nearly a month and was told it would take longer and they also referred to their revised policy regarding COVID19. This was not in place when I booked and paid for the transfer back in September so not at all relevant. Really disappointed with the company and their attitude, particularly as I have used them many times before, but I won\u0027t be again.

Ich habe 10 Tage vor der gebuchten Transfer storniert.\nAm 12. MÄRZ und der Transfer wäre am 23.März gewesen. Ich bekam die Antwort ok, da man bis zu 48 h ja kostenlos stornieren kann. Das Geld sollte ich zwischen 3 - 5 Werktagen am Konto haben. Nichts passierte. Dann auch keine Reaktion mehr nur eine automatische Reaktion aufgrund corona nicht mehr erreichbar. Das aber erst nach über 30 Tagen. Mein storno war auch von der weltweiten Auswirkungen.

К сожалению с февраля месяца не производят выплаты за выполненные поездки. Постоянно повышают свои комиссии. Категорически не рекомендуется пользоваться услугами этой \u0022конторы рога и копыта\u0022

Booked a transfer. The driver called 7 hrs later to cancel it stating he hadn’t been paid by GetTransfer in weeks. \nI contacted GT and they offered an inferior service for yet more money. I declined an asked for a refund. They stated that they wouldn’t issue a refund due the COVID pandemic. It’s a scam. Do not use them.

We booked three separate taxi trips with gettransfers for Florida, starting in January, February and March. We thought they seemed very professional when we booked and paid in advance.\nThe first trip - driver did not turn up to collect us from hotel. Many calls back and forth to the company. They said he had gone to the airport to collect us. (No terminal, no flight number, so how was this possible?) he then took us to the port. He had no taxi license and was stopped at the port by the sheriff who refused to let him leave the port. Unbelievable! Gettransfers were notified by me, they did not want to know.\n\nThe second trip was fine. The Russian taxi driver was very professional.\n\nThe third trip in March, the driver did not turn up to collect us from the port. More phone calls back and forth. Marjorie cherubin told us the taxi was there. Gave us the make and licence plate of the taxi. It did not arrive. She then told us she would pick us up personally in 15 minutes. She did not. Almost 2 hours later a taxi arrived - different taxi, different model, different licence plate.\nWe complained about the appalling service. She offered to refund us 50% of the fare. We are still waiting 5 weeks later. Both her and gettransfers do not want to know!\nMajorie keeps quoting the bible to us and telling us how honest she is and she tells the truth. Hardly?\nGettransfers say the taxi turned up, so it has nothing to do with those.\nNever, ever use this taxi company! Absolutely dreadful service on two out of the three trips we booked. Customer service non existent!

I requested 2 airport taxis to be cancelled and they refused. They\u0027ve kept my money and will not refund it. Its not a lot of money but its the principle and the lack of customer service. In a worldwide lockdown, this shows this company up for its integrity. Do not book with this company, stay well away. I will not use this company again even if I have to pay double!
