I am a carrier, and they never paid for me. If there are more carriers who didn’t get paid, please contact me at strypas(eta)icloud.com . Lets fight with these scammers together.

Avoid using Gettransfer.com at all cost. They are the last company you want to deal with. The agreement you enter into with this company is worth nothing. The refuse to honour their own agreements and change their terms secretly without informing their customers. I booked a transfer with them with a cancellation clause of 31 July 2020. When I cancelled the transfer early April 2020 they refused to refund the payment I have made. They are hiding behind the Covid-19 issue and happily keep the money paid for no service provided. Instead they offer is credit/voucher that may be used in future. What is worse they indicate that that future interaction should be with the \u0022carrier\u0022 who has got nothing to do with the issue as the service was not delivered and should not have received any payment. Interaction with Gettransfer.com staff is most unprofessional. This is a scam!!!

Complete rip off. I booked a car to meet my son at Heathrow to drive him home to Cornwall. I paid £306.00 upfront. I spoke to the driver on his mobile to check everything was OK and he said that he would be there - he was very abrupt however. My son arrived at the airport but there was no one to collect him. I tried the driver\u0027s mobile again and he had blocked my number. We contacted customer services who spoke to the driver and they were told that he was there. There were two people in arrivals and neither were the driver. Customer services said they would speak to him again and phone back. They never did. My son had to take a hotel and then the train the next day which is not what we wanted due to Covid 19. I spoke to the company who said they would investigate. After three weeks they came back to me and said that he had been there. He was not there and did not make the journey to Cornwall and has pocketed £300. Do not use this company as they do not look after the interests of their customers. I just wanted to get my son back safely and could not really afford the £300.

Мне как перевозчику не выплатили за март, в поддержки так и сказали, денег нет, но вы держитесь, компания на грани банкротства , не работайте с ними, это обычные мошенники!

Rubbish and scum company don’t ever use this company as passenger and driver the have took many in advance from the passenger and I did some trips for them as Driver in March and now they’ve told me they won’t pay me because of the Coronavirus . I made the biggest mistake working for them please you don’t make same mistake I know how hard for the taxi drivers out there .

Bestilte to transporttjenester i januar, da med løfte om full, gratis avbestilling fram til to dager før start. Da nødvendig avbestilling ble gjort, ga de først bekreftelse om at tilbakebetaling var på vei. Dette skjedde ikke, og etter purring svarte de at betalingen var omgjort til kreditt - Som sannsynligvis aldri kan benyttes. Betingelser og brukeravtale (aldri godkjent) er endret med tilbakevirkende kraft.

Exactly the same thing happen to me,as C Mackay, below. Told me last month they would refund me and are now refusing to as they have changed their T\u0026Cs. TBF its not a lot of money, but thats not really the point.

Do NOT trust this company. I feel foolish for not reading these reviews, but even after Covid-19 is over, I would never use this service again. I booked a transfer with them for a trip to Sicily on 10/04, and a return on 13/04.\nThey informed me on 16/03 I would receive a refund in 5-7 working days (but advised this may take up to 30). This is understandable, given that they will have lots of refunds to process.\nI have now been told that they will put the money on my account, and that the terms and conditions have changed, which they keep sending me over email numerous times. I\u0027m not sure how they can change the terms and conditions when I haven\u0027t accepted them? They also rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just advise they will email me rather than talk over the phone.\nAbsolutely terrible service, particularly as they won\u0027t be paying the taxi drivers they will be keeping the money for themselves!!!

Do not use Gettransfer, they claim that you can cancel but when I canceled recently they would not refund the money to my credit card, they gave me a \u0022credit note\u0022. They said that this was because of the COVID 19 pandemic, if that\u0027s the case then how am i going to use the credit note!!!!!!!\nSo they are just basically taking my money and can not offer any service.\nDisgraceful service

I don’t do reviews often but this one is REAL NOW as just try to warn people before they booked a car by Get Transfer or Partner try to take a job.The worst company to work for as a partner and also customer. They don’t give it the customers the invoice or receipt so you can’t claim that. Another thing that if the job is for 200£ as partner you get 168£ huge commissions take it plus you always have to chase them for your money and they always say we have a problems but will will sort it out ASAP that’s not true . They own me the money since February 2020 I did jobs over 2.500£ didn’t recived any single penny. They take money from the customer stright away but to pay the partners who do they job they don’t also charge you stupid penalty charges . \n\nI will never recommend it . STAY AWAY
