Nel momento in cui ho prenotato,sapevo di aver diritto alla cancellazione gratuita \nAdesso perché l\u0027 Azienda vuole subordinare il rimborso alla situazione del Coronavirus,a quando finirà ( chi lo stabilirà quando sarà finito?)\nMa che vi ha detto che io ho annullato la prenotazione per il Coronavirus? E se ho cancellato perché ho trovato un prezzo migliore con un\u0027altra Azienda?\nIo voglio i miei soldi,senza se e senza ma!!\nA proposito,mi hanno bloccato il profilo,non leggono più e non rispondono.!!\nVergognoso!!!!

The service was fairly decent...until i tried to get a refund for a trip!\n\nAfter promising a refund, missing the date of the refund, failing to contact me to keep me updated and then promising a refund for another date...this company have now told me they will be holding my money indefinitely! \n\nTerrible customer service, awful email manner and they now have my money which they are refusing to send back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Not even worthy of one star. Complete and utter fraud. Changed their terms and conditions AFTER I had made a booking and then tried to tell me this is what I had agreed to. DO NOT USE.

Victory from credit card refund

After my transfer failed to show up in February whilst in Brazil this dishonest company has failed to provide me with a refund. They have repeatedly lied by saying they have refunded me when they did not.\n\nMy credit card company contacted GetTransfer to ask for a refund and as they did not reply to my credit card within the 45 days time limit set down by Visa, I have won the dispute and received a refund. \n\nI would strongly recommend anyone to do the same.\n\nI have found this horrible company to be he worse company I have even dealt with. They have no respect towards their customers and are a disgrace. Never trust a Russian company as they are `a total bunch of dishonest criminals and they are worse than a virus.\n\nWell, gettransfer I won in the end, shame on you

I started work with them in Feb and till dated I am not been paid yet. I send them alot of emails and try to call them as well but the people work for them in call centres even can’t speak English properly. So plz DON\u0027T WORK WITH GETTRANSFER COMPANY IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL , THEY STEALING CARRIER\u0027S MONEY , THEY DON\u0027T PAY THEIR DEBTS , STOP USING THEM OTHERWISE YOU GOING TO BE NEXT VICTIM SOON IF YOU THINKING TO USE THEM.

Add my complaints to the long list of others. We booked a transfer for 4 people in London and cancelled during the cancellation period because of COVID-19. We received an email to confirm the money would be refunded to our card. Approx. one week later I received another email to say would I accept a credit instead, and I said that I would not accept a credit voucher as it was unlikely we would be travelling in the foreseeable future.\n\nFast forward 3 weeks, I still dont have my money back so I emailed them again and I received an email to say that it will be in my account. What I have now realised is that they have in fact credited my get transfer \u0022account\u0022 and not my credit card, expressly what I had confirmed I did not want to have happen. With no way of receiving this money back and no plans to travel in the foreseeable future this is just lost money at a time when every cent matters.\n\nAbsolute scam artists!

Je travail pour ce site depuis 2 ans, il ne sont vraiment pas correct...\nJ ai effectué des courses en février 2020, qui devais être payer vers le 15 mars . Cela ne sait pas fais !! La reson qui m on donnait cest a cause du covid19, donc j ai eu 15 % fin mars de se qui me devais et la je viens d avoir seulement 10 % de la Somme qui me doivent , alors que j ai effectué les courses et qu ils ont pris 20% et donc les transferts on bien était payer par le client. J ai besoin de cette argent qui me doivent il nous respect pas nous les chauffeurs, soyons solidaires et arrêtons de travail pour des charlatans, voleurs, c est une honte....

Charged the full amount beforehand. \nDriver cancelled the trip with one hour notice (while I was on a plane). \nNow they are holding the money on my GetTransfer account, refusing to return it to my card, forcing me to use their \u0027services\u0027 again in the future. Which I have never used and will continue not to use after this. \nThey use the pandemic force majeure as an excuse to hold money for a service they never delivered.\nMight as well has been a fraud scheme from the beginning.\nNot to mention the stupidity of the driver accepting the request knowing he couldn\u0027t get out of his house due to lockdown.
