Fraudulent company, they don’t pay money back, and they don’t pay drivers their money either! You won’t get anything for your money, this company will go bankrupt, a lot of people will run for their money. If the epidemic is over, don\u0027t pay them !!!

Etonnamment , par deux fois , j\u0027ai toujours été satisfait de leur service , jusqu\u0027à ce fameux virus Covid 19 ou mon pays et le pays de destination est rentré en confinement . j\u0027annule donc ma réservation conformément aux conditions générales du site afin d\u0027avoir un remboursement . \nJe reçois un mail qui me confirme le remboursement sous un délai de 5 à 30j , sauf que pendant ce temps là , ils en on profité pour changer rapidement leur réglementation qui n\u0027est plus celle dont nous avons adhérés avant le covid , et ont décidés subitement de ne plus rembourser leurs clients , mais de leur garder l\u0027argent en réserve sur leur compte personnel du site , en gros , ils gardent l\u0027argent dans leur trésorerie en adaptant les mêmes consignes que les compagnies aériennes , sauf que eux ne sont pas une compagnie aérienne , soutraitent avec leurs chauffeurs et n\u0027ont aucuns frais d\u0027entretien ou autres . \nEn définitif , vous vous retrouvez otage de leur service avec un solde d\u0027argent en suspens et une obligation de repasser par leur service pour utiliser cette somme , si celle ci sera bien comptabilisée pour un prochain voyage tellement je doute maintenant de leur faculté à arnaquer les gens . à abolir !

Contraté un servicio de traslado en Francia en febrero 2019. El traslado nunca llegó. Solicité devolución de dinero que dos meses después sigo esperando. 110€ Escriben mails indicando la devolución pero no es cierto. Es una ESTAFA

this company is obviously a fraudulent internet company to steal money. They have do many poor reviews. I booked a transfer which I had to cancel which was acceptable. I was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. I chased this after several weeks and was told no refund. \n\nPLEASE DONT’T USE THEM.

They are a scam

The same things has happened to us. Their refund is a credit in the account to use in the future. We are so frustrated and will never use them. Unfortunately, their registered address is not in England to take further action on them.

I have experienced the same thing as lot\u0027s of other unlucky get transfer customers. On march 20th I was told in an email I would get a refund. Today I decided to chase it up as its still yet to appear to see the funds in my online account with now way of withdrawing the money. The online chat person confirmed that although I was told that I would get a refund the company has since changed its terms and conditions and is no longer giving people their money back. That is dishonest behaviour as such I won\u0027t be using the company again and advise others to avoid too.

Gettransfer is a dishonest business. I cancelled my booking and was offered an account credit with a 10% bump in value. I declined and they agreed IN WRITING to refund to my credit card. I waited 3 weeks then contacted them to confirm the refund had been made. That\u0027s when they said they\u0027re no longer making refunds and i would have to accept an account credit! I understand everyone is under financial pressure but no other company I\u0027ve dealt with has acted so blatantly in its own interests. Gettransfer does not deserve to survive the pandemic, in fact they\u0027re probably already broke and the account credit is worthless. STAY AWAY from them even when travel starts up again. Gettransfer cannot be trusted to abide by the letter or spirit of the contract. Terrible company run by unscrupulous crooks.

Dear all, very obsetting, but GetTransfer is using Covid-19 for customer abuse and own profiting.\n\nI have cancelled my transfer according to contract on FEB24, way before pandemic was announced. GetTransfer kept me waiting for refund 6weeks according contract. And on last day announced that they introduced one way clause that C19 is not allowing them to keep their obligations to clients.\n\nComunication from GetTransfer is blunt and simply abusing client rights, just stating that due to “situation in the world” they decided not to pay their clients.\n\nVery obsetting and shameful that company uses c19 for client right abuse and for personal benefit.\n\nShame.

FRAUD please stay away don\u0027t waste your money. My driver cancelled on me and they were going to refund waiting over 30 days and nothing I\u0027m going to advise authorities about them now. STAY AWAY

Very poor company and dishonest company. Booked and payed for a return transfer. Cancelled because of Covid-19 within 24 hours for a refund. After 28 WORKING DAYS and not once being told I wouldn’t get a refund I received and email saying they are keeping my money on account! Is this even legal. I would never use the company again so why would I want it on account. Please AVOID, awful company
