I booked three transfers and due to the outback of the Coronavirus my holiday has been cancelled. I contact gettransfer and they cancelled my bookings and said I would get a refund. After reading bad comments from other customers decided to email gettransfer regarding my refund. They have decided to change terms and conditions and now refusing to refund customers. Disgusting company DO NOT USE THEM . They keep your money

Petite mise au point et responsabilité de tout un chacun.\n\nGettransferts est une plateforme de réservations qui met en relation clients et chauffeurs; il subsiste peut-être certains soucis au niveau du service après-vente (à en juger la plupart des commentaires) mais ce n\u0027est pas le sujet.\n\nEn tant que chauffeur privé professionnel, je me devais de remettre les points sur les \u0022i\u0022 par rapport aux attentes des clients quant à la qualité du service escompté en rapport avec le prix de la course.\n\nEn effet, par analogie, le \u0022Fritkot\u0022 du coin n\u0027a jamais servi de plats gastronomiques 5 services pour le prix du paquet de frites et d\u0027un cervela !!!\n\nEn d\u0027autres termes, si vous vous obstinez à vouloir vous diriger vers le moins cher, ne vous attendez pas à avoir un service 3 étoiles. Ne vous êtes-vous jamais demandé pourquoi les prix allaient du simple au triple? N\u0027avez-vous jamais regretté de vous être dirigé vers le moins cher? Low-cost est synonyme de low-service voir pas de service du tout.\n\nPetit rappel, en Belgique, le prix moyen d\u0027un chauffeur professionnel est de 2€ du km (2.5€ pour un taxi), si vous commandez une course de 100 km, attendez-vous à devoir débourser 200€ pour avoir un service de qualité (véhicule haut de gamme, dressing-code du chauffeur, ponctuel, serviable, prévenant,... tout cela a un prix)\n\nDe plus, et c\u0027est normal, gettransferts prend une commission (certaine) sur les transferts effectués, travailler moins cher est absurde et quasi à perte.\n\nLa plupart des transferts partent à environ 1€ du km; à ce prix là, aucun chauffeur professionnel et fiable ne pourra assurer votre demande...\nMais ne vous inquiétez pas, d\u0027autres vous proposerons leurs tarifs très avantageux avec tous ce que cela implique....\n\nEn conclusion, préférez peut-être payer le juste prix pour le juste service et tout le monde y trouvera son compte...

Судя по всем отзывам не только нам это компания не оплатила за февраль месяц. Плохая и не серьёзная компания, не платит за транспортные услуги не смотря на то что клиенты делают 100% предоплату. Не советую. Нет желания ничего другого добавить.

Avoid this company! Customers complaining about drivers not show at pick up point. But how we can drive for them if they do not pay the carriers?! They haven\u0027t paid march giving excuses about covid19. But they are scammers protected by international law

I had a refund request raised as per their canelation policy (48h or more prior to departure warrants 100% refund) and that refund request was approved on 10.03.2020. They wrote to me saying my money will be refunded into my account. On 11.03.2020 WHO declares coronavirus pandemic, GetTransfer update their User Agreement on the website on 16.03.2020, and suddenly new T\u0026Cs apply!!! This is a breach, this is illegal under British Comemrcial Law standards. Don\u0027t use.

Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo un transfer. Ho dovuto disdire e a distanza di 1 mese non mi hanno ancora restituito i soldi...nonostante le condizioni di vendita dicessero rimborso totale entro 7 giorni....\n\nVergogna

I booked 3 transfers in Italy and had to cancel due to Covid 19. Have now waited 30 days for promised refund and still not received. Beginning to this, like others, that I have been conned. BEWARE\n\nI have just sent another Email to these people who now are trying to hide behind a new set of \u0022Terms \u0026 Conditions\u0022 that were not in place when I placed orders with them. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they have completley conned me out of money I paid in good faith. NEVER, NEVER USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

Having been left stranded at Newark airport late at night after a long day - and with a child, I was promised a refund. Six weeks on: nothing! I have been very polite and patient but I am beginning to think that this is a well-worked scam. By the way, don\u0027t even think of contacting the CEO (in Moscow!) the email address does not exist. That\u0027s $360 down the drain, it seems.
