Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo un transfer. Ho dovuto disdire e a distanza di 1 mese non mi hanno ancora restituito i soldi...nonostante le condizioni di vendita dicessero rimborso totale entro 7 giorni....\n\nVergogna

I booked 3 transfers in Italy and had to cancel due to Covid 19. Have now waited 30 days for promised refund and still not received. Beginning to this, like others, that I have been conned. BEWARE\n\nI have just sent another Email to these people who now are trying to hide behind a new set of \u0022Terms \u0026 Conditions\u0022 that were not in place when I placed orders with them. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they have completley conned me out of money I paid in good faith. NEVER, NEVER USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

Having been left stranded at Newark airport late at night after a long day - and with a child, I was promised a refund. Six weeks on: nothing! I have been very polite and patient but I am beginning to think that this is a well-worked scam. By the way, don\u0027t even think of contacting the CEO (in Moscow!) the email address does not exist. That\u0027s $360 down the drain, it seems.

J\u0027ai réservé un transfert que j\u0027ai dû annuler conformément aux conditions générales du site. Le remboursement devait intervenir sous 30 jours. Je n\u0027ai jamais rien reçu...\nUn conseil, réservez à la dernière minute uniquement si vous êtes sûrs de partir. Ne comptez pas sur les conditions d\u0027annulation !\nJe précise que la société est située à l\u0027étranger et que les échanges en cas de litiges se font en anglais...Bref, réfléchissez bien avant de réserver.
