Assolutamente da evitare. Sto ancora aspettando un rimborso di 90 sterline dal 5 gennaio 2020.Poca professionalita\u0027 !!! Sono 3 mesi che manndo email e loro dicono che hanno fatto il rimborso ma non e\u0027 vero . Da denunciare , che sara\u0027quello che faro\u0027.

Заказал трансфер из аэропорта Женевы на горнолыжный курорт. Трансфер из аэропорта прошел нормально, если не считать 20 минутного ожидания водителя на парковке перед аэропортом, притом, что я позвонил ему за 10 минут до выхода из терминала. А вечером накануне отъезда водитель отменил трансфер «по техническим причинам», уведомив меня сообщением в 8 вечера. \nЗаказать такси из маленькой деревушки в горах в субботу (день массового отъезда) за адекватные деньги просто нереально, поэтому мне пришлось доплатить 170 Евро в Gettransfer за другого водителя, дешевле никто, якобы, ехать не соглашался. Еще около 25 евро я потратил на телефонные переговоры с офисом.\nВернувшись домой, я снова обратился в офис Gettransfer с просьбой о компенсации хотя бы части понесенных мною дополнительных расходов, однако получил отказ.\nЯ не рекомендую связываться с этой конторой, у меня сложилось впечатление, что они умышленно ставят клиента в безвыходное положение с тем, чтобы получить с него дополнительные деньги.

Do not fall for this company. I was stupid to do so despite of bad reviews. I fell for their discounted price so i gave it a try. Customer service people also reassured me they screen their drivers and blah blah blah. But the driver was a NO SHOW!!!! I was even unable to contact him. It was 1am at the jfk airport and i was traveling with a child! Customer service told me to just get a cab and file for a refund. Useless!!!\nI filed for a refund the day after the flight which was feb 15. Until now no refund was issued. Scammers.\nPlease don’t get scammed like I did. I am actually wondering where can I possibly report these people.

Watch out for this company! SCAM!\nTransfer never turned up. Company leaves you stranded at the airport and never refunds your money!\n\nBooked 1 transfer and cancelled within free-cancellation-preriod due to time change but never recieved my money back! Booked a second transfer that never turned-up! Was promised via email and telephone to recieve full refund of a taxi, but also never recieved this money. Customer service promised the world but never followed up on any promises or refunds.

Extremely awful service!\n\nFirst, the carrier for my booked transfer from NYC to Newark Airport [no. 6837375] never showed up and before that never confirmed the pickup and never responded to my messages. The Carrier merely sent a message via the app saying that he got in touch with Julia (one of your support managers) regarding the transfer and then never responding again until the day after the transfer. At this last message he had the audacity to say that he informed GetTransfer that he would not be able to complete the transfer. This raises two possible scenarios. Either the carrier is a complete liar and GetTransfer should have higher standards or the carrier is telling the truth—the fact that he could not even respond to my repeated calls, messages, and emails left aside—and your company completely failed in finding a replacement. The fact is that I had to take an Uber with extra costs.\n\nSecond, their call centre was completely incompetent in helping me. I was thrown like a ping pong ball from the one to the other representative receiving the same answer: we will have to contact the carrier, even if that was already attempted! In addition, I was not able to get a line unless I disabled the caller ID on my phone—something highly suspicious for the reason named in the final point bellow. After confirming refund they still [already a month after the facts] are not able to respond to an email or on a phone call.\n\nFinally, during the attempts to resolve this issue I spoke with a representative from the Miami call centre. He said his name was Anton or Antov and after some time he claimed to be the higher manager, or the highest manager available—I completely doubt about that. He was extremely rude to me, having me waiting on the line for more than 15 minutes, repeating the same things all over again, lying to me, saying that he would be sending an email without ever sending such email. I am thus requesting for the audio recordings of the call—which as was informed from a colleague of yours from the Messenger Chat do exist even if I was not informed about such recording. Despite the clear violation of privacy regulations I requested repeatedly to have access to these recordings but got a vague response after 5-6 emails referring to their privacy policy saying the were allowed to have records of communication--something completely different than recordings to communication. \n\nStill waiting for the approved refund!

Flug wurde kurzfristig gecancelt. GetTransfer nicht zur Rückzahlung des bereits bezahlten Fahrpreises bereit, obwohl ich dem Fahrer und GetTransfer.umgehend Bescheid gegeben hatte. Der Hammer: der Fahrer hat von dem bezahlten Fahrpreis keinen Cent gesehen. (Verifiziert) Nie wieder

Absolutely appalling service! Our flight was delayed, we contacted the driver immediately to advise him of this. He said he wasnt prepared to work that late, but would contact GetTransfer to arrange another driver. When our flight landed, there was nobody to drive us. We then rang GetTransfer, who promised us a driver, but after 30 minutes, there was still none. We rang again, to be promised a full refund. They emailed to confirm this. \nThen we were left stranded at Liverpool airport and still needed to pay a black cab to take us to Manchester. \nNow over 3 weeks later, they are refusing to give us a refund, despite their previous assurances. For heavens sake folks! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! \nCheck out Trust Pilot.....the genuine reviews are there, and they tell you how bad this company is. Their own website does not show the true reviews.
