NEVER BOOK WITH GET TRANSFER!!\n\nI booked 2 transfers with gettransfer.com back in 2019 for my vacation to Italy in June of this year (2020). Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we will not be able to travel therefore I requested my refund. When I booked the site stated you can cancel within 24 hours with full refund. Now that I am trying to cancel they have updated their User Agreement and will not issues refunds but only give you a credit or \u0022Try\u0022 to give you a refund once the pandemic is over.\n\nThis is a new User Agreement since the start of COVID-19 (terrible!!) that has this new language but their User Agreement also states according to sec.1.3 that by continuing to use this Service, the User confirms his acceptance of the revised Agreement. I am no longer continuing to use this Service, therefore I am not accepting the revised Agreement. \n\nStill they will not provide me a refund now or guarantee me one later.\n\nI HIGHLY recommend you NEVER use this company. They like many other terrible companies are not doing the right thing during this time. Don\u0027t trust them!

В названии изменили на TransferBook по понятным причинам.\nУправляют этой конторой 3 \u0022предпринимателя\u0022, их имена Александр Першиков, Александр Сапов и Ари Кравчин.\nОчень внимательно следите за этой троицей, все их проекты рано или поздно являются разводом.\nПовсюду негативные отзывы не только о ГетТрансфер но и о данных \u0022предпринимателях\u0022.\nИнфы в интернете много.\nУдивляюсь, как фирма до сих пор еще существует.\nPS. сайт Transfer.info это копия GetTransfer.com. Видимо готовят его для запуска после смерти ГетТрансфера.

Stay away from this company. We booked a transfer on 18 February but unfortunately had to cancel on 19 February, as the carrier (which they clearly hadn’t vetted) was not responding to emails / calls. We have never received our money back, despite reassurances to the contrary, and this was before the Covid outbreak. This is a clear scam, they are completely untrustworthy. They just took the money and have clearly no intention to refund us. As noted in many posts, it’s a Russian company with registered office in Cyprus.

They make up the rules as they go along, so DO NOT feel that you have any consumer protection. \nSoon after I booked an airport transfer in February, three months ahead of my trip, I became nervous about the Covid-19 news, so decided to cancel my trip. I took confidence in the fact that their website made clear there was a refund process for cancellations, provided this was done more than 72 hours ahead of the trip. Being cautious, I also called their office for reassurance, who confirmed that I was entitled to a refund. I then received an email saying II would need to wait 30 days to receive my refund. I chased two weeks two weeks later to seek confirmation the process was underway. A finance manager responded “Dear passenger, unfortunately, we don\u0027t do refunds anymore,“. How convenient for them - just make up the rules as you go.\n\nSure, they offered to “credit my account “ for a future trip, but would anyone in their right mind trust this company again?? Not me, that’s for sure. \n\nThey’re based in Cyprus by the way - not immediately obvious when you book. Caveat emptor!

I want to share this experience as it is so terrible I am motivated to take legal action against get transfer. I booked a cab and paid up front for a family member who was having cancer treatment to take a cab from Whitstable to London. The car didn\u0027t turn up and we sent many emails asking for our refund and get transfer wouldn\u0027t release the money even though we had not used our fare and we had been badly let down. We sent them screenshots to show the driver never turned up etc and finally they sent me an email committing to giving me the refund within 30 days. The refund wasn\u0027t repaid and so I emailed asking where it was and they have now said they won\u0027t give it due to the coronovirus situation which they say is a force majeure BUt the taxi fare booked was booked before the coronovirus lockdown in the UK and had get transfer sent the refund when they should the refund would have been repaid before the lockdown and anyway, the reason the fare did not take place was not in any way because of the crisis due to the virus but because the cab company was dishonest. They have just stolen our money and let down someone who was ill and under stress. NEVER use get transfer.

A Most Traumatic Experience

We booked a transfer between airport and ski resort in France and paid up front. A day before our arrival we were informed that the price was an additional 130 Euros! On arriving at the airport there was no sign of our transport. Several telephone conversations with Gettransfer followed. On each occasion we were informed that the driver was 10 minutes away. He eventually arrived 2 hours late.\n\nThe vehicle was most definitely not the ‘luxury option’ we had paid for. There was no sign of the refreshments, snacks and phone charging facilities advertised.\n\nWe thought ‘oh well, at least we’re on our way’. However the adventure was just beginning. The driver was twitching and shaking as he mumbled away to himself and gesticulated to other road users. His ‘wild’ eyes and constant fidgeting and scratching gave the distinct appearance that his performance that day was chemically enhanced in one way or another. His driving was extremely erratic as we swerved from lane to lane along the auto routes. It appeared that having to drive a minibus was an irritating hindrance to his constant phone and text conversations; at one point he was holding a conversation and taking pictures with the phone’s camera at the same time. And yes it is illegal to use a hand held phone while driving in France. On several occasions other road users showed their ‘appreciation’ of his driving with long blasts on the horn. \nThe real fun began as we started the climb to the ski resort on the steep switchback roads. We entered each 180 degree bend unsure if we would emerge alive, but pretty confident we would be on the wrong side of the road if we did. Impervious to the wrath of other road users there was no deterring our man; even when we came face to face with a coach bearing down us. You can guess which of us was on the wrong side of the road at the time.\nStill the phone and text conversations continued. \nWhenever we came up behind another vehicle our driver seemed to take a great interest in what was on the back seat of the car in front and would get within inches before attempting to overtake. We arrived at our destination shaking in a very similar manner to our driver. The first thing we did was cancel the return transfer and book with a more respectable company. Following dozens of emails and telephone conversations, I still await the refund for the cancelled transfer. I have reported GETTRANSFER to my credit card company who are pursuing a refund under \u0027fraudulent trading\u0027.\n\nUpdate:- Fantastic work by Santander Credit card fraud team. I sent them copies of all the emails between myself and Gettransfer. They have refunded my money.

Вот и наступил ещё один обещанный срок оплаты по задолженности, денег конечно же нет и нет даже каких то внятных обещаний по оплате. Надеюсь все сделают вывод о дальнейшем сотрудничестве с этими мошенниками!

Brug ikke dette firma!\n\nJeg har aflyst vores booking og har bedt om at få mine penge refunderet. Jeg modtager samme dag en mail med tilbud om at jeg kan ombooke og modtage 10% af beløbet oveni. Dette afviser jeg og beder igen om at få mine penge retur. Jeg får samme dag (23/3)en bekræftelse, hvori det er anført, at refunderingen kan tage 5-7 dage fra firmaet side og op til 30 dage fra betalingssystemets side?! Den 7/4 kontakter jeg firmaet igen og beder dem bekræfte, at pengene er blevet refunderet. Jeg modtager følgende besked fra dem samme dag: \n\nThank you for your letter and question.\nI regret to inform you that at the moment the reimbursement is suspended and your amount of money + 10% extra is shown/will be shown in the system as a \u0022deposit\u0022 which may be useful for other transfer(s) whatever you want.\nIf you do not use it fully or partially, we will make a refund when the situation with COVID-19 will improve, however we are unable to give you any specific dates.\n\nDette protesterer jeg over og henviser til, at jeg har ret til at få mine penge tilbage nu. Jeg modtager herefter følgende svar: \n\nThank you for your message.\nI remember this letter, however the situation has changed and now the refunds are suspended for an unknown amount of time. It\u0027s a scam! Booked a transfer on 12th February, requested refund on 18th March, got an answer that i will be refunded in 5-7 days. After checking with my bank yesterday I was surprised to see I received no refund. Wrote gettransfer.com again and got an answer saying \u0027\u0027due to coronavirus blah blah\u0022 (like everyone else). It\u0027s illegal and a fraud! Report it to the credit card company/bank and they should reimburse you!
