Se li usate non lamentatevi poi se vi ferma la polizia, restate a piedi, perdete l\u0027aereo e perdete i soldi.\nSe pagate troppo poco c\u0027è l\u0027abusivo, senza licenza, senza assicurazione, senza tutele.......e se vi fate male nessuno risponde.\nSiete disposti ad attraversare la strada ad occhi chiusi? se si, continuate con GETTRANSFER....prima o poi qualcuno vi centra

zdecydowanie nie polecam zamówiony transport z dworca we frankfurcie na lotnisko nie pojawil sie nikt nie odbierał telefonu a próbowałem chyba 10 razy do obsługi klienta dodzwoniłem się dopiero będąc w drodze taxi na lotnisko brak zwrotu pieniędzy .....i na koniec najlepsze taxi tańsze od podobno najtańszego gettransfer nie dajcie sie naciągnąc \npozdrawiam kris

One of the very very bad and unprofessional team and business modules, they can’t understand English and don’t know how to speak to transfer company partners, just simply taking big commission but no support to partners and passengers, many passengers angered and complained about it when my company did their jobs and we lost lot of money and time when we accepted jobs, fake and cheating business platform is feta transfers so don’t trust this kind of online booking companies please

I am driver and use to perform trips for Get Transfer. They are absolutely horrible to work with. They under cut the market big time. They do not check insurance requirements for the city, allow non permitted vehicles and non commercial licensed drivers. Very unsafe! they were bad before the pandemic, do not use. You are better off contacting a local transportation company for the city your visiting.

He leído muchas opiniones y nuestra situación es similar, nosotros viajábamos el día 27/03/2020 a NY, incluso antes del COVID en NY, y anulamos en fecha 05/03/2020, cuando aun no hay alarma en estados unidos, y llevo mas de 10 email con la compañía, y aun andad de nada, cuando realmente nos dijeron que en 10 días devolverían el dinero. \n\nUn fraude.

Выбрал время за 30 минут до поездки, все подтвердилось, машина не приехала, деньги не вернули, в службе поддержки на вас плевать, к тому же тариф в разы дороже чем в грабе (я заказывал за 10$, когда никто не приехал заказал граб за 2$) \nНе пользуйтесь данным сервисом, просто забирают деньги!!\n\nI chose the time 30 minutes before the trip, everything was confirmed, the car didn’t arrive, the money wasn’t returned, the support service doesn’t give a damn about you, moreover, the tariff is several times more expensive than in the hornbeam (I ordered for $ 10, when no one arrived I ordered the hornbeam for 2 $)\nDo not use this service, they just take the money !!

Do not use this company. I repeat, do not use this company. They are scammers. \nI made a payment for an airport pickup. Five minutes to pickup, they sent an email to say that \u0027the driver made a mistake in his quote\u0027. They then offered me another taxi that was over 50% higher than what I paid. I said no, and asked for my refund. I got an email telling me I have been sent a deposit etc. Unbelievable thieves.\nUpdate - I raised a dispute with my bank and I was able to get my money back. Stay away from these crooks.

This is one of the worst and dishonest taxi company I have ever witnessed and encountered with. They took my £142.80 and never provided me the service they promised and refused to refund my money up till now. I contacted the company a wanted a taxi and was advised by a representative to go online to book. I waiting more than two hours after I had paid them with my debit card. They never contacted after the time give for the pickup had be elapsed. I did call them but was told the trip had been cancelled and I should pay nearly £400 for the trip again, which I refused and asked for a refund and after several emails. They agreed to refund my money but nothing has been paid. I have reported to my bank and now going to report this company to the Trade standards under citizen advice bureau. This taxi company should not be allowed to operate. They are thieves and ripe off to the British people. The authorities should band them from operating.\nAt this time of Covid-19 epidemic no one need any dodgy company like this to deal with. Hope all people will see this review before booking any services with them.
