Do not trust this company

I can not believe this company I have done chargeback on my credit card and they have disputed the chargeback including their new terms of conditions. Surely this isn’t right by law how can they keep people’s money when promising full refund and then changing their minds.

I\u0027d give them 0 starts if I could. Been trying to get my money refunded back to my credit card for weeks now. They\u0027re refusing to do it instead crediting my get transfer account for future use. I have no interest in using them in the future so will be filling a dispute with my card tomorrow v

I won’t go through the whole process, but it’s the same thing everyone else did. They refuse to give back a credit back to your credit card. I’ll just give advise: FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Gettransfer will respond to the CC company with a fudged ‘User agreement/Terms \u0026 Conditions’ dated Mar. 16, 2019 or Apr. 1, 2019 (they keep changing it) stating ‘because of Covid 19...... no refunds will be given, they will issue a credit to your account for future use. It is obvious they inserted this paragraph recently, because how would they know Covid 19 was coming in the year 2020 when the agreement is written in 2019 — it is a fraudulent document! Your credit card company company should issue you a refund and chargeback Gettransfer.

I am their Driver !They stole my money,even if they get the money from customers in advance! Nobody knows where their real office is located !\nStay away from this fake Company!!!

Compagnia da evitare. Rifiutano il rimborso previsto con la scusa della pandemia. Hanno incassato i soldi in febbraio e non hanno pagato gli autisti che ci avevano assegnato. Le altre recensioni presenti sul sito mi confermano che sono dei truffatori. Ho pagato 300 € per il noleggio e temo che non vedrò più niente! Ryanair mi ha rimborsato il costo dei noleggi comprati da loro e annullati, in meno di due giorni. Evitate questa compagnia di banditi e fate girare la voce per evitare che altri caschino nella truffa!! Sono solo intermediari russi che non posseggono alcun automezzo. Se chiamate il loro numero Italiano vi risponderanno solo in inglese e non capirete niente. A questa gente va impedito urgentemente di operare in Italia!

I can only say based on my experience that this is singularly the worst transportation company I have ever used. The outward journey was fine and went well but the return journey was a disaster when the company told me 1 hour before the journey time that they had cancelled it and were looking for an alternative driver for me. Needless to say they could not get me an alternative driver and simply said they would offer me a refund and a 10% discount for my next booking!! Wasn\u0027t really time to be pitching the next booking to me! So i was left sorting out my own transport to the airport and trying not to miss my flight with 4 small children! I complained 4 times after I returned home to them and eventually got the full fare refunded - I urge caution before using this company and needless to say I wont be booking with them again

Terrible Company!\nThey will lie and cheat you out of money, I booked a transfer which got cancelled well before all this current craziness of corona began and they still have not made a refund! and now say they wont! but they have given a credit on my account!! What good is this to me when I cant get away, I wrote a letter of complaint and they have never even acknowledged it never mind replied, they have also changed their terms and conditions now and are sticking by their new ones even though I have pointed out that the original booking was made under terms which stated I was entitled to a refund.\nLong and short of it, terrible!\nI would not recommend this company to anyone, ever!!
