DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE\n\nBooked in Zurich and asked for car seats for my twin boys. Failed on both occasions to and from the airport and the failure to respond in appalling almost to the point of blaming the customer. Apparently I should have taken photos of the car seats not in situ rather than look after my children who were 2 years old.

Bonjour, je suis transporteur à paris en AUTOCAR et ma société a fait 3 service pour ses escrots depuis février 2020 je n’ai jamais était payé seule excuse le covid 19...j’en sais un peu plus sur cette mafia russe...oui il s’agit d’une mafia russe installé à Chypre...en tant que transporteur nous sommes obligé de communiquer avec les investisseurs de ce site afin de nous inscrire tout est dirigé par des russes...\n\nEn plus qu’il me doivent de l’argent si je veut le récupérer il faut que je continue à mettre mes autocars à leur service pour qu’il me paie ce qu’il me doivent...UN GROS CONSEILDENONCEZ SES ESCROTS ET NE RÉSERVEZ OAS CHEZ EUX SI BOUS SOIHAITEZ DES TRANSPORTEURS APPELEZ DIR ECTEME T LES TRANSPORTEUR C’EST SIMPLES AVEC INTERNET N’ALLEZ PAS SUR CE GENRE DE SITE

Dishonest, obligation-shirking liars. And that\u0027s being polite.\nLike many others here, I am being refused a refund from this crowd that they are legally obliged to give.\nI paid £400+ in February for a transfer that was due to take place in March but which had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. I cancelled before the 48 hour \u0027prior to travelling\u0027 period stipulated and GetTransfer confirmed that a refund would be processed. Over the next 2-6 weeks I received nothing and each time I contacted GetTransfer they told me the refund was being processed, sorry for the delay. Then around late April, they changed tack and said they could not process refunds, instead I would get a \u0027credit\u0027 in my account for future use, repeatedly citing point 4.2 of their User Agreement referring to this being the process because of COVID-19. \nBUT THIS CLAUSE WAS ADDED WELL AFTER MY BOOKING AND TRANSFER DATES.\nI\u0027ve referred now to a chargeback on my credit card, GetTransfer\u0027s replies are infuriating, repetitive and factually incorrect and EVERY ONE now refers to point 4.2 in the \u0027after-the-fact\u0027 User Agreement. Today they actually said:\n\n\u0022In the current context of pandemic and the most difficult world economic agenda, our company has decided to adopt the experience of the world\u0027s largest airlines and travel agencies and, therefore, hold the money for a later trip.\u0022\n\nPlease do not give these thieves any more money. Avoid avoid avoid.

this company must be sold for the dept they have they cant pay. always they say lei, i waitet about 2300CHF to be paid till now they are lying either they recognize and respect the AGB or they pay partial, every time i contact they hesitate and say we can not predict time?\n\n\u0022Dear Partner, \n\nWe are doing our best in these challenging circumstances to overcome the difficult times being faced and we are not turning away from our obligations.\n\nDue to the current force-majeure situation we are unable to predict a specific payment date.\n\nSincerely yours,\n\nGetTransfer.com Team\u0022\n\nso till when you wil say these words, i see you have to sell the company already no confidence from customes and also your partner. how will you exist ?

This company has no integrity or morals. We paid 300 euros for an airport transfer in January and, at that time, their terms and conditions didn\u0027t refer to the Covid-19 pandemic. We had to cancel our plans at the end of March due to the pandemic. We followed their rules for cancelling in advance of the booking time. They initially said we would get a full refund of the amount we paid within 5-7 days but that it might take 30 days to appear on our credit card due to the nature of international transactions. So I waited 30 days before contacting them to see what had happened to our refund. They then said that they couldn\u0027t refund us until the pandemic was over. When I asked when they would consider the pandemic to be \u0027over\u0027 (ie would it be when international travel resumed, when shops opened, when lockdown was lifted etc) the said they couldn\u0027t give me an indication of timing. Given that the pandemic will never fully go away, they have basically stolen our money. To add insult to injury, they have subsequently emailed to say that they will add 10% to our \u0027credit balance\u0027 with them! Given that I never want to use this company again, this \u0027credit balance\u0027 is not, as they suggest \u0027an amicable solution\u0027. Like a lot of reviewers, if I could give a 0 or negative rating for them, I would! I tried disputing this payment through American Express but they are unable to help because I can\u0027t prove that the booking terms and conditions in place at the time when I made the booking did not refer to Covid-19 at that time. This part of their T\u0026Cs has been added subsequently - basically so that they can keep the money they have been paid by their customers, which has not been used to pay their suppliers for a service which was never provided!

Se li usate non lamentatevi poi se vi ferma la polizia, restate a piedi, perdete l\u0027aereo e perdete i soldi.\nSe pagate troppo poco c\u0027è l\u0027abusivo, senza licenza, senza assicurazione, senza tutele.......e se vi fate male nessuno risponde.\nSiete disposti ad attraversare la strada ad occhi chiusi? se si, continuate con GETTRANSFER....prima o poi qualcuno vi centra

zdecydowanie nie polecam zamówiony transport z dworca we frankfurcie na lotnisko nie pojawil sie nikt nie odbierał telefonu a próbowałem chyba 10 razy do obsługi klienta dodzwoniłem się dopiero będąc w drodze taxi na lotnisko brak zwrotu pieniędzy .....i na koniec najlepsze taxi tańsze od podobno najtańszego gettransfer nie dajcie sie naciągnąc \npozdrawiam kris

One of the very very bad and unprofessional team and business modules, they can’t understand English and don’t know how to speak to transfer company partners, just simply taking big commission but no support to partners and passengers, many passengers angered and complained about it when my company did their jobs and we lost lot of money and time when we accepted jobs, fake and cheating business platform is feta transfers so don’t trust this kind of online booking companies please

I am driver and use to perform trips for Get Transfer. They are absolutely horrible to work with. They under cut the market big time. They do not check insurance requirements for the city, allow non permitted vehicles and non commercial licensed drivers. Very unsafe! they were bad before the pandemic, do not use. You are better off contacting a local transportation company for the city your visiting.
