Disgraceful\nSame as everyone they are refusing to give me a refund on my transfer .At the time it was illegal to travel in KOS due to covid I have requested a refund several times as this service was unavailable.Every time they have refused my refund

Avoid using this app at all costs. I tried to use it for the first time, and the service is really disappointing.\nI booked a trip after getting some quotes/offers. Before booking, I was getting constant notifications to \u0022book early and fix a guaranteed price, before prices go up\u0022. And that\u0027s what I did.\nA day later, a customer service agent contacted me to inform me that the driver made a mistake when offering a price. My options were to either accept the new higher price, or accept a credit voucher, no refunds!\nThe driver you book can still get trip enquires for the same trip and date/time, even if you have booked them. It seems that drivers can\u0027t change their minds when they receive higher offers from other riders.\nAvoid, avoid, avoid!

Like the previous review they are refusing to give me a refund on my transfer .At the time it was illegal to travel in Spain due to covid I have requested a refund several times as this service was unavailable.Every time they have refused my refund\nI will be putting a negative review on any social media I can find.

I’m only giving them one star because there is no option for zero stars. They are thieves. I cancelled my trip in early March because of Covid it is now mid June and they have not refunded me. They said they will pay me when the pandemic is over. That could be another year. I would be a little more understanding if the business closed, but they are fully operational. Customer service is terrible. I should have listened to the reviews. DO NOT USE THEM.

Requested a refund due to coronavirus and not traveling anymore this year.\n\nI was told I would receive the money-back into my account within 30 days, but this was March and still nothing in my account. \n\nI am told constantly \u0027you will receive when the force majure ends\u0027 - and when I ask what is deemed by this pandemic \u0027ending\u0027 there is no response other than \u0027we do not know\u0027.\n\nGoing through credit card now, very frustrating.

Booked a transfer at Naples Airport to catch a Ferry on short schedule. Cancelled on March because of Covid-19. From a message by a \u0027support manager\u0027 I was told I would get a refund on \u00275-7 business days\u0027. Of course that never happened but I should not be surprised from reading other comments about the behaviour of this company (not only from customers but from drivers too). But was really irritating was the fact that on the transfer\u0027s date they sent me a message asking me my opinion about the quality of the service!! I wonder if they even bothered to inform the driver about the cancellation! This kind of companies who treat their customers with that lack of respect should disappear from the market. At least they won\u0027t get a dime from me ever again.

Sono un vettore di Verona, lavoravo con gettanfer a prezzi giusti. Ora si affidano a vettori completamente abusivi, auto che non corrispondono a standard richiesti e a prezzi che realmente non coprono le spese.\nHo fatto presente il problema, trovando anche delle soluzioni ma loro non sono interessati. Prelevano i soldi dei viaggi, non fanno il rimborso e lasciano a piedi le persone. Non sono propensi a migliorie di nessun tipo, non si riesce a parlare con nessuno direttamente, si passano la risposta da ufficio ad ufficio.\nPer i clienti dovete sentite i vettori del posto per aver delle garanzie di viaggio e di assistenza, affidatevi alla ricerca tramite siti registrati.\nAutisti registrati con documenti falsi e nessun controllo da parte di loro.\nPurtroppo le recensioni parlano chiaro.\nPiattaforma che tra poco scomparirà per problemi di gestione.

Gettransfer? amare sorprese, io sono un ex vettore di Gettransfer, in febbraio ho effettuato dei transfer per questa piattaforma e ad oggi nonostante numerosi solleciti non ho ricevuto nessun pagamento, loro si giustificano che a causa della pandemia sono in crisi... cosa assolutamente non vera, perchè un cliente quando prenota paga in anticipo il servizio, quindi ce da dire che è solo una grande truffa. E vi LASCIANO A PIEDI EVITATE DI USARE GETTRANSFER !!!

I have to agree with others. Get Transfer are probably the worst taxi company I have ever used. All I\u0027ve had from day one is excuses and excuses. They left us high and dry by failing to provide a return taxi to the airport at the end of our holiday, forcing us to find another taxi locally at very little notice. When I asked for my money back they point blank refused and would only offer to keep it for me \u0027on deposit\u0027 to be used against the next time I used them - as if I\u0027ll ever use them again given the appalling service they provided the first time. This bunch of crooks appear to be just in it for the money.
