They do not meet delivery times or stock availability.\nMy order was submitted on Nov 30, according with the handling time was supposed to be shipped between 4-7 business days. And today they did not sent yet.\n\nI had two intervention of outstock of ordered parts before oreder and they system said that was avilable parts, but on diferents day 2 Dec and 9 Dec, the day that was suposed to be shipped. \n\nThe customer services neither read the order history before respond any cuestion or upated the status.\n\nDo not buy in this company if you really need the parts.

Thank you megazip \u0026 what a fantastic company to deal with. The inlet manifold for my wifes Suzuki 650 Savage 1986 model arrived very early from Japan to Australia, packed very well \u0026 we could not be any more impressed with this service. \nThanks again - Campbell

I am buying for the first time from this seller.\nCommunication is going terrible slow. Waited for an answer of my questions for a week. Even when I called the contact center, the employed did not speak English, only Russian. When I finally find my part, and made an order and payment, waited for one week more to get an additional info that I will have to pay an EXTRA amount for delivery. When I tried to change delivery method, the answer was that that is not possible, because only Fed Ex will deliver my order, even I got orders from China, Lithuania, GB and other countries with no problem(taking in consideration Covid 19). They offer me discount on higher prices that were actually in the time of ordering and paying, so any way, you\u0027ll have to make an extra payment if you want to get your order. When everything was finished as I was told, waited for another 7 days to ship my order. Than less than a month for delivery.\nFinally got my order, everything was as described, genuine Toyota parts, well packed. Will reconsider for my future orders.\nThe ONLY advantage of Megazip is that they are offering genuine parts, for reasonable prices. Nothing more, nothing less.

Scam on shipping

Scam on shipping. Tried to bait and switch the cost of shipping (triple what it was supposed to be) \nInteresting thing is that 2 other friends in entirely different parts of the country were sent a message with the same exact dollar figure more needed to complete their shipping requirement. Scam.

Very disappointed, made an order 12 of November and the order isn\u0027t shipped yet, all terms have already gone. As well there is no any information when exactly parts will be shipped. MegaZip if you don\u0027t know when exactly parts will be shipped don\u0027t give false promises about terms. Not recommend you this company at all. Better try to find necessary parts elsewhere Ebay, Aliexpress, etc than to purchase them here.

COVID excuses..

COVID excuses... Ordered and paid for parts for a minibike in March this year, IT\u0027S NOW NOVEMBER and still no parts delivered. Instead lots of excuses about COVID-19 and how i\u0027d need to pay another US$129 to have the parts shipped by a different company. The very disappointing aspect is that every contact has been initiated by me. They\u0027ve said nothing unless I\u0027ve inquired. No refund offered. No attempt to find another solution that didn\u0027t involve me paying US$129 for shipping. Just silence.

Payment processed quickly, then nothing.
