I booked 3 tickets from St Petersburg to Moscow, but before the booking period started. Russian Rail took the payment, and then booked my train tickets on the day that they were released on sale. I got an email later in the day telling me the price was lower than what I had paid and that I\u0027d be receiving a refund.\n\nI didn\u0027t actually need the ticket they sent me, everything was done my passport, so make sure you provide accurate details.\n\nSeparate to Russian Rail, the train from St Petersburg to Moscow was lovely.

I would definitely recommend Russian Rail, which I used for rail tickets between Moscow and St. Petersburg on the high speed Sapsan train. They were courteous, professional, and prompt to reply to messages. They handled my reservation with ease and made the process quite simple and streamlined. I\u0027d definitely use them again to book travel.

We had an excellent trip, the train Is great, the staff Is very gentle and the departure and arrival time was very precise. We enjoyed traveling with russian raíl Sapsan.

I have no words to express how amazing this trip to Russia was but I\u0027m sure we\u0027ll repeat it ASAP:) Service of RussianRail.com is on a very high level, they\u0027re professional and helpfull. I was booking the ticket from Indonesia through website, it was very easy to use and quicked response and the tickets were delivered via email promptly. We got cheaper price compare to others. Thank you Russianrail for the convinient. Very recommand ( two thumbs up????)

I traveled between Moscow and and St.Petersburg on the 23.55 train.\nThe greeting was warm and friendly,fruit and a toilet bag in the room.The beds were clean and confortable.The breakfast was great and plentiful.Buying tickets with the agency was easy and prompt.\nI was surprised to find out that even a taxi driver was waiting at the door of our compartment!Thank you for an impeccable service
