Loved the railway. Super comfy. Had a nice ride.\n\nMeals on board were limited and finished fast. That was only thing wish was better.

Mit der Bahn von St. Petersburg nach Moskau und das in nur 4 Stunden. Pünktliche Abfahrt und Ankunft. Sehr komfortabel, schnell mit ausgezeichneten Service. Incl. eines Essens und einem Reisekid. Besser geht es nicht. Wir würden damit immer wieder fahren. Die fünf Sterne sind mehr als verdient und wir freuen uns sehr auf die nächste Reise mit RussianRail.

We booked the overnight train from Kiev to Moscow. The ticket reservations came through the moment tickets were available online. The customer service aftercare was great. When I had problems collecting the tickets in Kiev (because I had printed out the wrong document) I was able to call their office and get assistance immediately, which helped me resolve the issue. Great service from start to finish.

We booked the night train from Moscow to St.Petersburg. Since the train was already fully booked we got immediately a good alternative offered. We got perfect and timely response with all relevant documentation (e.g. e-ticket). Journey was very well organized and a great pleasure. We booked train tickets from Moscow to St Petersburg months in advance. Russian Rail took the booking and organised the tickets as soon as they were released. The amount quoted was taken from our account immediately and a refund for the change in price was made when the tickets were booked. We got a very good price and the customer service was brilliant. I would recommend this company and we will use them again when we return to Russia.
