We had an excellent trip, the train Is great, the staff Is very gentle and the departure and arrival time was very precise. We enjoyed traveling with russian raíl Sapsan.

I have no words to express how amazing this trip to Russia was but I\u0027m sure we\u0027ll repeat it ASAP:) Service of RussianRail.com is on a very high level, they\u0027re professional and helpfull. They were recommended by a friend of mine and definitely I will be recommending them to another\u0027s!

I was booking the ticket from Indonesia through website, it was very easy to use and quicked response and the tickets were delivered via email promptly. We got cheaper price compare to others. Thank you Russianrail for the convinient. Very recommand ( two thumbs up????)

I traveled between Moscow and and St.Petersburg on the 23.55 train.\nThe greeting was warm and friendly,fruit and a toilet bag in the room.The beds were clean and confortable.The breakfast was great and plentiful.Buying tickets with the agency was easy and prompt.\nI was surprised to find out that even a taxi driver was waiting at the door of our compartment!Thank you for an impeccable service

We were really enjoyed riding Russian trail from Moscow to St. Petersburg. The train was clean and the crew was super kind. The toilet was clean with adequate water.\nOnly we got a problem about the ticket. When we printed the ticket, there were no seats or coach number we should get in. So we came to the ticket office at the station. And they couldn\u0027t speak English. They only said \u0022finish, finish\u0022 while waving their hands. \nI didn\u0027t understand what they meant. So we stood about 15 minutes waiting one lady checking her computer.\nFinally we got a tickets. However it did not affected our moods. We were happy and enjoyed the trip to Peters earlier May 2018. We ordered coffee and some snacks from the crew.\nThanks Russian Railway. Hope to ride it again.

Booked ticket in Canada and was super pleased with whole transaction. Train was easy to use, very clean, convenient, with great service.\nWould advise all to take the Sapsan train for travel between Moscow and St. Petersburg.

I used their services buying some train tickets. I received the tickets at the selling day because I bought them in advance and the russian rail company allows to buy tickets with 60 days before train departure. Initially I paid more but because the tickets were cheaper at the selling day Russian Rail retuned me the difference. I really recommand this company
