Very nice and clean coupe. The only fault I found was that our meal came very late after I had gone to bed.

We had a great experience with Russian Rail. We booked a Sapsan train from Saint Petersburg to Moscow. The tickets were sent to us via e-mail within a day. The train ride itself was great too and we loved traveling with our infant by train.

I travelled with Russian Rail from Tallin to Saint Petersburg and from S. Petersburg to Moscow. In both occasions the general services were Ok, clean and very punctual. The main problem traveling with this company is if you are not a Russian speaker, as I am. Nobody speaks any other language but Russian, and according to my experience, the staff did not try to make itself understood in any other way, so we realized that there was coffee service included and some other services but we just could not take advantage of them, the staff just ingnored us.

I would recommend this trip to anyone who needs to travel between Moscow and Saint Petersburg. We took Sapsan from Moscow to Saint Petersburg. At first we had problems to find the station in Moscow and strayed through Leningradsky Rail Terminal until a passerby told us that the Sapsan station is across the large Komsomolskaya square. We caught the train in the nick of time and I am sure the train left 2 minutes late because of us. But then we enjoyed the trip. Fast, comfortable seats, friendly staff, board service, arriving on time. \nBesides, the Russian Railway is very safe. Luggage and person scan at the entrance of the stations and check of passports on boarding.

We booked two train journeys with Russian Rail and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Booking was very straightforward - passport details were required to book and we received the confirmation immediately. We booked quite far in advance so we had to wait for the tickets to be released, we then received our e tickets. Reliable and professional service. Would definitely recommend

What a fun way to travel between Moscow \u0026 St. Petersburg. Recommended by friends, we immediately booked a whole compartment for our family. Kids had lots of fun, super experience. The only thing, for people above 45 like myself, the beds could be a bit softer... Staff was very friendly and it felt like the old Soviet style (in a positive sense). Keep on the good work!

I traveled with my husband from St Petersburg to Moscow with SAPSAN train. Excellent travel option: clean train, comfortable seats, extremely punctual, affordable price (I booked early in advance). I would just implement the WiFi service for all classes. Strongly recommended. \nThank you for your service.
