Easy and confortable

It was very easy to buy the tickets, and the staff were very helpful with our enquiries and changes.\nIt\u0027s also a confortable and quick way to travel.\nIt could be cheaper if you buy the tickets in advance.

I used Russian Rail for the first time to pre book my journey from Moscow to St Petersburg. The site was easy to make the right choices for me. Tickets and confirmation came through immediately and I had no problems on the day of travel. I would recommend Russian Rail to anyone wanting to use the rail service in Russia, especially with the World Cup coming around in 2018. They take the stress out of travel.

When booking even though it was well in advance of the trip itself I was contacted to assure me that my booking was logged in and when tickets were issued I received them automatically, without me having to chase it. Even with the language barrier, staff was friendly and helpful. The train service itself is even better than Eurostar!

I recently used Russian Rail for the third time and found the service to be excellent and exceptionally professional. At about the same time I made my reservations my son made reservations with a competing company. We made separate reservations since our start and stop dates of travel were different. The problems my son experienced are too numerous to detail in this space, but suffice it to say he had to eventually cancel with that company. His experience makes me especially appreciative of the service I have received with Russian Rail.

It was excellent experience to travel with this company. We were very comfortable during the journey and stuff were always there to serve us and help us when we needed . We didn\u0027t experience any problem or delay on booking, finding them and leaving . \nI will definetely choose this company again if I ever have a chance to plan another journer in Russia !

Contrary to my pre conceived notion, travelling on Russian Rail was great fun.\n\nThe internet booking was smooth and hassle free. The train was comfortable and comparable to any other in Europe. Punctuality was on dot. What else can I say ?\n\nOnly minus point was the gap between platform and the coach pedestal, about 8-9 inches. This was uncomfortable and dangerous while getting on or getting off, as one slip and you might break your ankle or your luggage may get stuck.

Great Booking experience.It felt good to be refunded excess charges automatically.\nTravel experience was very good for our St. Petersburg to Moscow train leaving at 9 am. Easy boarding, clean compartment, good service.\n I do wish there was some reading material in English. It might be a good idea to have optional audio guides on payment if necessary to describer the route and events at destination particularly for overseas visitors\nHighly recommended for international travellers.

This was a superb, fast easy and comfortable way to get from Moscow to St Petersburg. Much more efficient than flying. Highly highly recommend
