Hassle free and very reliable service. I can place my order weeks before ticketing period starts and RussianRail will remember my booking and order the tickets as soon as they are available.

Russian Rail is a great webite to purchase tickets for the Moscow- St. Petersburg route. Everything is extremely detailed (perfect for those who have many questions) and very easy to book, making it a GREAT! website overall. You also get the E- tickets online and don´t need to print out which was SO HELPFUL! (other pages did requiere you to have them).

Very convenient service. The journey from St. Petersburg to Moskau was very pleasant, the comfort of the high speed train Sapsan was excellent.

Excellent. We goggled Russian train tickets and we were directed to several sites. We entered our travel requirements and RussianRail.com quoted us £100 cheaper than the next cheapest site. We have travelled this route numerous times so we knew what to expect. Therefore, the price difference was a big factor for us. Payment was easier and e-tickets sent to us within 24 hours of purchase. I have bookmarked this site and will use RussianRail.com for next year\u0027s World Cup.

UK traveller on Russian Rail - city to city...

From the UK - 6 days in Russia alone and travelled from Saint Petersburg to Moscow (October 2017). Had a brilliant time in Russia. The rail trip (4 hours) from city to city was superb and very smooth. A happy and positive 4 hours looking at the Russian landscape. The on-line ticket print-out worked great - if only the UK had such an easy ticketing system! Arriving in Moscow was a great feeling. My only criticism is that the entrance to the high speed train platforms at Saint Petersburg (via the cube-like kiosk building in front of the platforms with the x-rays in) - was not clearly marked and was confusing - clearer signs needed please - especially as the info boards are all naturally in Russian. Amazing memories.
