Very good, but no way to charge electronics

Was very good, clean, professional and overall a good experience. The only reservation I have is the lack of power outlets - both mains electricity and USB. I\u0027ve come used to these on other modern trains, and there\u0027s no reason not to have it onboard.

The convenient way to travel, efficient and dependable on timing.\nThe crews are hospitable, and informative.\n\nI used the on line booking, and its very easy and got response quickly\nThe process of embarkation is also easy, the wagon is clean, spacious and comfortable. I used Business Class - and the food served were also good and tasty

We took the Russian train twice. One trip was excellent and the second trip was eight hours late.

We took the Russian train twice. The first time was from St. Petersburg to Moscow. The ride was quick and timely. The staff in the carriage was very courteous.\nThe second trip was from Moscow to Kiev. The train was supposed to leave on 21.00 but it left at 5.35 the next morning. At midnight we asked to go to the hotel to sleep and we got an hotel reference, but the hotel was full. We almost missed the train because the policeman at the station said that the train would arrive on 5.00 and leave on 7.00, but it left on 5.35. We did not sleep all night and lost a day trip in Kiev. The ride itself was comfortable. We bought the tickets online and it was fast and comfortable.

I had the most pleasant trip using the service of Russian Rail. Their web site is user friendly and the onboard service with English speakers personnel is excellent.

I went to Russian Rail to book our journey from St Petersburg to Helsinki, having found the Finnish Rail website too confusing. I initially booked online, but the Russian Rail travel agent emailed me personally to check that I had the right date - it turned out that I had booked for the wrong month!! Thanks to the agent, my error was not costly and we had a great trip.

Would do it with them again.

The comunication was effective. We had an e-mail reply after our questions and inquiries. Unfortunately you cannot know the exact price of the tickets until around 6 weeks before the trip. For us one ticket ended up being cheaper than expected but another one ended up being much more expensive. However they write to you to confirm if you still want the ticket or not after the final price. Always very polite and approachable. The trip was unforgettable. Totally recommend RussianRail.com

Awesome experience!\nIt was my first experience in a train and it was a better experience than I expected. It wasn\u0027t a 1st class train, maybe it looked old and all, but it was incredible.
