Very good, but no way to charge electronics

Was very good, clean, professional and overall a good experience. The only reservation I have is the lack of power outlets - both mains electricity and USB. I\u0027ve come used to these on other modern trains, and there\u0027s no reason not to have it onboard.

We took the Russian train twice. One trip was excellent and the second trip was eight hours late.

We took the Russian train twice. The first time was from St. Petersburg to Moscow. The ride was quick and timely. The staff in the carriage was very courteous.\nThe second trip was from Moscow to Kiev. The train was supposed to leave on 21.00 but it left at 5.35 the next morning. At midnight we asked to go to the hotel to sleep and we got an hotel reference, but the hotel was full. We almost missed the train because the policeman at the station said that the train would arrive on 5.00 and leave on 7.00, but it left on 5.35. We did not sleep all night and lost a day trip in Kiev. The ride itself was comfortable. We bought the tickets online and it was fast and comfortable.

Very nice and clean coupe. The only fault I found was that our meal came very late after I had gone to bed.

Ignored if you are not a Russian speaker

I travelled with Russian Rail from Tallin to Saint Petersburg and from S. Petersburg to Moscow. In both occasions the general services were Ok, clean and very punctual. The main problem traveling with this company is if you are not a Russian speaker, as I am. Nobody speaks any other language but Russian, and according to my experience, the staff did not try to make itself understood in any other way, so we realized that there was coffee service included and some other services but we just could not take advantage of them, the staff just ingnored us.

Nice trip to Saint Petersbrug

It was more than my expectation! I traveled from Moscow to Saint Petersburg with 2nd class train. Still I got a lunch box with a bottoled water, chocolate, sandwitches, and slippers! In Japan, we have many express trains, but I have never had such great services. \nThe train was full and took 4hours, but I could enjoy the view of local area and reading the book ;-)\nThank you for your great hospitality.

Easy to get tickets on line.\nGreat service on board including information we requested for our arrival in Moscow and even reserving a Taxi to get to our hotel from the train.\nSmooth ride, on time, and great service but would have like internet access option on other than Business or first class.\nThe only thing is that another passenger had to help with translation to Russian to communicate with the service desk on board the train, with that, we had no problem getting what we needed and even more. Getting a Taxi reserved, fixed price and someone waiting for us there was great, easy and convenient.
