I assume internet is normal service now, internet service is not luxury service in the ground/land. We have travel use bus and they have free wifi. Wondering while in your train no free wifi. and also about check in procedure make confuse for us, now good guidance and no waiting room. it for improvement. thank you

I travelled from St. Petersburg to Moscow with my family . The coach had very comfortable seats in front of a table and wide windows. There was place enough to carry our luggage with us. The train is very fast and punctual. Everything was clean. The staff on board gave a good attention. They spoke English. However, Wifi service on board was slow.\r\nFood service was acceptable, but it wasn\u0027t worth paying more for it, since the only difference between those who paid for food and those who hadn\u0027t was only the use of the table, because all passengers received the same food.

Quick, easy and efficient service provided.

Russianrail.com were very good to deal with. I was able to secure our travel between Moscow and St Petersburg quickly and efficiently. When we boarded the train, the staff had our names. There were no issues at all and the ticket purchase price was better than I could get through the travel agent home in Australia. I highly recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience travelling with Sapsan between Moscow and St Petersburg. We were visitors from South Africa and booked our tickets in advance. It was an easy process and we received electronic tickets we could print prior to our trip. The Rail experience itself was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff that assisted us, clean and comfortable coaches to travel in and great service when purchasing refreshments.\nWe highly recommend this service!

We received a very friendly and welcoming reception on the platform of the Red Arrow 1st class cabins. We were taken to our compartment and given a small fruit platter ,brief explanation of the cabin, breakfast and arrival procedure. The compartment and bathroom was very clean and neat and we received a goody bag with the necessary toiletries. The bedding was crisp clean and we had a very good night sleep. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and with the gentle rhythm of the train we slept like babies. The breakfast was good with a selection of eggs, salmon, fruit, a breadbasket, juices and coffee .It is a pity the trip is so short and would have loved to spend more time on the train. Finally a good ending to this great experience was the courtesy hotel transfer on arrival in St Petersburg.
