As always, ordered tickets to Russia and received them on time and as requested. Asked to change some details originally and they did it within a day.

Great service and easy website to use. Of all the train journeys we took in Russia the one booked with Russian Rail was the most satisfactory. The first class travel option cabin was far superior to other options we took while within Russia and was the most enjoyable journey.

Honestly speaking, the most comfortable, luxurious, clean train journey I had been so far in my life.\nThe timing of the train, the entire journey was so mesmerising.\nI would definitely recommend Russian rail to my fellow travellers in future and would love to be back and taking the train again in near future.
