Nice trip to Saint Petersbrug

It was more than my expectation! I traveled from Moscow to Saint Petersburg with 2nd class train. Still I got a lunch box with a bottoled water, chocolate, sandwitches, and slippers! In Japan, we have many express trains, but I have never had such great services. \nThe train was full and took 4hours, but I could enjoy the view of local area and reading the book ;-)\nThank you for your great hospitality.

Easy to get tickets on line.\nGreat service on board including information we requested for our arrival in Moscow and even reserving a Taxi to get to our hotel from the train.\nSmooth ride, on time, and great service but would have like internet access option on other than Business or first class.\nThe only thing is that another passenger had to help with translation to Russian to communicate with the service desk on board the train, with that, we had no problem getting what we needed and even more. Getting a Taxi reserved, fixed price and someone waiting for us there was great, easy and convenient.

I am very pleased

I assume internet is normal service now, internet service is not luxury service in the ground/land. We have travel use bus and they have free wifi. Wondering while in your train no free wifi. and also about check in procedure make confuse for us, now good guidance and no waiting room. it for improvement. thank you

Very comfortable and fast

I travelled from St. Petersburg to Moscow with my family . The coach had very comfortable seats in front of a table and wide windows. There was place enough to carry our luggage with us. The train is very fast and punctual. Everything was clean. The staff on board gave a good attention. They spoke English. However, Wifi service on board was slow.\r\nFood service was acceptable, but it wasn\u0027t worth paying more for it, since the only difference between those who paid for food and those who hadn\u0027t was only the use of the table, because all passengers received the same food.

Quick, easy and efficient service provided.

Russianrail.com were very good to deal with. I was able to secure our travel between Moscow and St Petersburg quickly and efficiently. When we boarded the train, the staff had our names. There were no issues at all and the ticket purchase price was better than I could get through the travel agent home in Australia. I highly recommend this company.
