We recently used RussianRail twice for our train bookings during our tour of Russia. \nWe got good rates for our booking of the Sapsan fast train from St Petersburg to Moscow where we got to choose the type of seats and the direction of travel which other booking sites were not offering. We also used them to book our fast train tickets to Vladimir and back.\n\nThe tickets are not immediately generated but you will receive them within a few hours of making the payment.

I was impressed with the service of this railway company. Online booking was easy to use and comfortable to ride. I think in-car services such as free lunch service and WIFI are perfect.

We used Okean express from Vladivostok to Khabarovsk. It was wonderful experience for us and we enjoyed a lot. The room and service was good and I couldn\u0027t forget delicious foods. Not only services on the train, I was moved by breathtaking views from window. I think I am so lucky to find this beautiful trip by Russian railway.

Easy way to purchase train tickets from St Petersburg to Tallin.\n\nT was convenient to use their website, especially as train tickets in Russia are sold quite close to trip date. It’s convenient to buy it thru this service co and then they send you the tickets by email upon availability. We needed to be ensured of our train seats as we had a visa to process, and this was a document we needed, and we were very happy to find that with 6 people buying tickets in the same day, but not thru one transaction, Russian rail was able to put us into 3 adjacent compartments in the same coach. This made our travel even more fun and we felt safe being together.\n\nHighly recommended

We travelled from St Petersburg to Moscow. It was really comfortable in the 6 persons clean cabin including a sandwich and water. The train scheduled just on time. Easy to book. Perfect way to travel in Russia!
